Well-put, Tanya. I also keep hope and belief that my tools can help me recover from anything life throws at me. Sometimes those things seem impossible to survive, but so far time has given me the chance to heal and begin again. I’m grateful that I have a WRAP and the knowledge to pull me through the dark moments.
